Upadhyay ...for the petitioner After hearing counsel for the petitioner, I direct that in case the petitioner surrenders in connection with Complaint Case No.8 of 2020 under section 447 of the Companies Act, 2013, learned Special Judge, 2nd Court, Calcutta would release the petitioner on bail on such terms and conditions as the learned Special Judge thinks fit and proper.

This order is valid till September 10, 2021; and warrant of arrest, if any, would not be executed till September 10, 2021.The earlier order issuing non-bailable warrant of arrest would revive on and from September 11, 2021, in case the petitioner does not appear or surrender before the learned Special Judge. With the above observations, CRR No.1741 of 2019 stands disposed of.

Pending applications, if any, are disposed of. Interim order, if any is hereby vacated.
