1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. The prayer for anticipatory bail having already been rejected vide order dated 06.02.2023 in CRM (A) 518 of 2023, filing of charge-sheet can not be considered a supervening circumstance warranting reconsideration of the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail is rejected.
