1. We have heard the learned Counsel for the parties. We have also considered the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Code of Criminal Procedure.

2. The learned Counsel for the de-facto complainant submits that out of suspicion, the complaint has been made against the present petitioner.

3. The mother of the victim is personally present in Court. 4.

In view thereof, we are of the view that custodial interrogation of the present petitioners is not necessary.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest the petitioner namely, Indraji Ray @ Indrajit Roy, shall be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.2000/-, with one surety of like amount, to the satisfaction of Signed By :

Arresting Officer and subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and. The petitioner shall appear before the learned Trial Court in connection with G.R. Case No. 2359 of 2024 within two weeks from date.

Accordingly, the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners is allowed.

7. The report filed by the I.O. is taken on record.

8. The personal appearance of the I.O. is dispensed with. 9.

CRM (A) 1896 of 2024 is, thus, disposed of.

10. All parties shall act on the server copies of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
