The petitioner has filed an application under Section 401/482 of the Cr.P.C. for setting aside the impugned order dated 6.3.2012 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Cooch Behar in Misc. Case No. 110 of 2010 under Section 125 of the Cr.P.C.

On call none appears for the petitioner.

It appears that the petitioner is disinclined to proceed with this revisional application of the year 2012. The revisional application is, therefore, dismissed.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.
