This matter has come at the instance of the appellant for non-prosecution of the appeal.

In view of the fact that the deficit court-fees have been deposited and also having regard to the fact that the original letter of instruction for non-prosecution dated 29th March, 2022 was recorded on 11th April, 2022, the appeal and the connected applications stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
