1. In view of the fact that the application for injunction is fixed on 22.8.2025, we are not inclined to pass interim order at this stage. However, it would be open for the appellant to renew their prayer for injunction.

2. Petitioner shall serve a copy of the application and injunction petition upon the respondents by tomorrow in order to enable the respondents to appear before the learned Trial Court with proper instruction on the adjourned date.

3. We make it clear that we have not gone into the merits of this case. It would be open for the learned Trial Court to decide the matter in accordance with law.
