C1845 of 2015 (T.R. No. 573 of 2015) under the Protection of Women from Domestic Violence Act, 2005, rejecting the petition of the opposite party no. 1 praying for adjournment of the case and directing closure of the evidence of the opposite party no. 1 as P.W. 1.
