It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that he is in custody for about seven months.

Learned advocate appearing for the State opposes the prayer for bail.

We have considered the materials on record. Petitioner made an extra-judicial confession admitting the crime. In view of the aforesaid incriminating material and as his bail prayer was rejected earlier in April, 2022 and there is no change in circumstance since then, we are not inclined in granting bail to the petitioner at this stage. The application for bail is thus rejected.
