1. The affidavit of service filed in court today is taken on record.

2. After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner be given liberty to raise the issue regarding her promotion to a Chargeman(T), which has been pending since a long time.

3. Without expressing any opinion on the merits on such submissions and with such liberty, as prayed for, we dispose of the present writ petition. It is needless to say that the claim of the petitioner is required to be raised and considered in accordance with law.
