Mr. Chatterjee, learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that during the pendency of the revisional application there has been change of circumstances and as such, the petitioner has decided not to pursue the revisional application before this court.

In view of the aforesaid, the revisional application being CRR 1948 of 2005 is dismissed as not pressed.

Pending applications, if any, are consequently disposed of. Interim order, if any, is hereby vacated.
