Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner submits that pursuant to the writ petition having been preferred it has come to his knowledge that Bankura Police Station Case no. 192/25 dated 26.06.2025 has been registered for investigation.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents submits that the dispute has its genesis in respect of breach of an agreement.

Learned advocate appearing for the State has submitted a report.

The present grievance of the petitioner is that no documents have been collected by the police authorities even after registration of FIR and substantial time have passed.

Be that as it may, so far as the investigation is concerned, police authorities would exhaust their efforts for unearthing the truth. In view of the steps taken further pendency of the writ petition is unwarranted. Accordingly, WPA 13926 of 2025 is disposed of. Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to the learned advocate appearing for the petitioner.
