Petitioner has complied with the condition imposed upon him i.e. not to leave the jurisdiction of Survey Park Police Station and shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of that police station thrice in every week until further orders is waived. Other conditions of bail shall continue.

Accordingly, application for relaxation of condition of bail and/or waive of conditions of bail being CRAN 4 of 2022 is allowed.

In Re : CRAN 3 of 2022 in CRM 5005 of 2016 Report filed by the learned Counsel appearing for the State is placed on record.

Petitioner did not comply with the condition "to meet the Officer-in-Charge of Barasat Police Station and shall report to the Officer-in-Charge of that police station thrice in every week until further orders" since 2018.

Accordingly, application for relaxation of condition of bail and/or waive of conditions of bail being CRAN 3 of 2022 is rejected.
