... for the respondent nos. 4 to 6 Re The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that on 11th June, 2025, information was furnished to the Officer-in-charge of Islampur Police Station. However, no steps were taken. Subsequently, the petitioner was asked to come at the police station and on 3rd July, 2025, steps have been taken by the police authorities which also incorporated the incidents complained of on 09.06.2025.

State has submitted a report which reflects that Islampur P.S. Case No.

408 of 2025 dated 03.07.2025 has been

registered for investigation under the relevant provisions of law.

Learned advocate for the respondent nos. 4 to 6 submits that the genesis of the dispute relates to reconstruction of the partnership deed which is to be done by the IOCL authorities.

Having regard to the fact that the grievance of the petitioner has been addressed, the police authorities are directed to put in their efforts to take the investigation to its logical conclusion by taking the complaint and counter-complaint of both the parties.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13845 of 2025 is disposed of.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
