1. Heard learned Counsel for both the parties.

2. The petitioner being the mother-in-law has been named by the deceased in her suicidal note.

3. In view of such fact and especially in view of the charge under Section 304B IPC, we are not inclined to exercise our discretion in favour of the petitioner under Section 438 Cr.P.C at this stage.

5. Accordingly, the prayer for the anticipatory bail is rejected.
