We have considered the materials on record including the injury report. Injuries do not appear to be serious or life-threatening. Under such circumstances, we are of the opinion custodial interrogation of the petitioners may not be necessary in the facts of the present case and they may be granted anticipatory bail.

Accordingly, we direct that in the event of arrest, the petitioners, namely (1) Rajibul Mondal, (2) Saminur Mondal @ Bapan, (3) Miraj Shah, (4) Saidul Khan, (5) Jasimuddin Khan @ Hara, (6) Bapan Mondal, (7) Samsuddin Khan, (8) Atiyar Bayen @ Atir, (9) Saidul Khan @ Mejo & (10) Saifulla Kaji @ Chandan, be released on bail upon furnishing a bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten thousand only) each, with two sureties of like amount each, to the satisfaction of the arresting officer and also subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 and on further condition that the petitioners shall appear before the court below and pray for regular bail within four weeks from date.
