1. This matter has come up at the instance of the petitioner as "to be mentioned" to seek a correction of an inadvertent typographical error which has crept in the order dated 4th November 2025.

2. It appears that in the third last line of the fifth paragraph of the order dated 4th November 2025 the date 27th July 2023 has wrongly been recorded as 27th July 2020.

3. Let the above date be corrected and be read as 27th July 2023.

4. The department is directed to incorporate the aforesaid correction in the order dated 4th November 2025.

5. Other portions of the order remain unaltered. Department (Raja Basu Chowdhury, J.)
