It is ascertained from the joint submission made by the Learned Advocate for the petitioner as well as the opposite party that there are certain inadvertence and absolutely clerical error in a sentence at paragraph 3 of page 3 of the order passed by this Court on 27th August, 2019. The relevant sentence in paragraph 3 of page 3 of the order shall be read thus:- "The said suit be also transferred to the 1st Court of the Learned Additional District Judge, Fast Track at Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas from the Court of Learned Additional District Judge at Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas. The Learned Additional District Judge, 1st Fast Track Court at Barrackpore, North 24-Parganas is directed to hear out and dispose of both the suits analogously". The order dated 27th August, 2019 be treated as modified as above. Let this order be made part of the order dated 27th August, 2019.
