(Via Video Conference) Mr. Mounick Ghosh ... for the petitioner Mr. Supriyo Chattopadhyay, Mr. Madhuri Das ... for the State Mr. Ratul Biswas ... for the Board The grievance of the petitioner is that the mark-sheet in respect of one year Bridge Course (ODL Mode) for inservice teachers has not been issued in his favour till date though he appeared in the examination in the year 2014 for the session 2012-13.

The petitioner submits that the same was not handed over allegedly because the petitioner could not upgrade his higher secondary qualification. The petitioner upgraded his higher secondary qualification in 2019. At this stage he is entitled to be issued the mark-sheet for the one year Bridge Course.

The learned advocate for the respondent submits that as the petitioner upgraded his Higher Secondary qualification at a delayed date, accordingly the mark-sheet of the petitioner could not be issued.

Be that as it may, as it appears that presently the petitioner has upgraded his qualification and is entitled to be issued the mark-sheet for the one year Bridge Course accordingly, the writ petition is disposed of by directing the West Bengal Board of Primary Education to issue the marksheet in respect of one year Bridge Course for the session 2012-13 in which the petitioner participated, at the earliest, but positively within a period of eight weeks from the date of communication of a copy of this order.

The Registration Number of the petitioner as appearing in the admit card of the one year Bridge Course (ODL Mode) in-service teachers is 1101010114579 of 201213 and the Roll Number is 0600226. The writ petition stands disposed of.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
