1. The learned counsel for the appellant submits that he would be availing the appropriate remedy against the order dated 23.04.2024 against which this appeal has been filed due to inadvertence.

2. In view of such submission, we dismiss the appeal and application as not pressed with liberty to the appellant to avail the appropriate remedy.

3. For facilitating the leave granted today, we direct that certified copy of the order under appeal in the present proceedings be returned to the learned counsel for the appellant by the A.C.O. upon supply of legible photostat copy of the same.
