Investigation is complete. He prays for bail.

Learned Counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that the allegations are grave. Number of persons had pushed the victim from a moving train. As a result he died. Petitioner had absconded and was subsequently arrested.

We have considered the materials on record.

Allegations against the petitioner and co-accused are grave. Petitioner had absconded and could not be put up for

identification during investigation. In view of the aforesaid circumstances and gravity of the offence, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner at this stage.

The application for bail is, thus, rejected.
