1. The learned Counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and the petitioner was in love relationship with the victim girl.

2. The learned Counsel for the State has opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail and refers to the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. and the medical report.

3. Considering the materials available in the case diary, the statement of the victim recorded under Section 164 of the Cr.P.C. directly implicating the petitioner and the medical report, we are not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

4. Accordingly, the application for anticipatory bail is rejected.
