2. Matter is heard in presence of the learned advocates representing the petitioner, State respondents. Learned advocate representing respondent no. 5 appears on virtual mode.

3. Learned advocate representing the petitioner in support of the case made out in the writ petition has relied upon one advocate's letter dated 25th February, 2025 addressed to police authorities wherein request was made to return money in connection with sand business.

4. On perusing the said letter dated 25th February, 2025 it does not appear that any complaint was made against respondent no. 5.

Who are the parties to the agreement made for running sand business are not disclosed and said agreement is not part of record.

5. Case made out by the petitioner based on such letter dated 25th February, 2025 is not countenanced.

6. Hence writ petition stands dismissed.

7. Urgent photostat certified copy of the order, if applied for, be given to the parties, upon usual undertakings.
