This revisional application is preferred challenging the impugned order dated 20th June, 2013 passed by the learned Trial Court. whereby and whereunder, the learned Trial Court rejected the application filed by the defendant Nos. 2-4 praying for acceptance of written statement and for vacating the order for ex-parte hearing.

This revisional application is pending since the year 2015 and accordingly, there is no reasonable ground to believe that the petitioners have lost his interest to proceed with the present application.

Accordingly, the revisional application being CO 2011 of 2015 is dismissed for default.

Interim order, if any, stands vacated.

There will be no order as to costs.
