Mr. Dhiman Ray, Mr. Dip Chanda ... for the petitioner Mr. Diganta Das ... for the respondent Bank Learned counsel appearing for the respondent Bank has filed a supplementary affidavit pursuant to the direction of the Court on the last occasion stating that the Bank has withdrawn four Notices under Section 13(2) of The SARFAESI Act, 2002 and one Notice under Section 13(4) of the said Act. The details of the Notices are stated in paragraph 4 of the supplementary affidavit.

Learned counsel appearing petitioner submits that since the respondent Bank has withdrawn all five Notices including the Notice which were the subject matter of an interim order passed by a coordinate

Bench on 26th August, 2022, nothing further remains in the writ petition.

WPA 14643 of 2021 and CAN 1 of 2022 are accordingly disposed of in terms of the above. ( Moushumi Bhattacharya, J.)
