It is submitted that service of notice is complete with regard to the heirs of the deceased. The petitioner prays for expeditious disposal of a Probate case. It is submitted that although service of notice, substituted service and citations are complete, the learned court is not proceeding.

This court has neither gone into the merits of the probate case nor into the correctness of the submission made by the petitioner. An order of expeditious disposal of any litigation, enures to the benefit of all parties. The prayer is innocuous.

Hence, learned District Delegate at Durgapur, District Paschim Bardhaman shall proceed expeditiously, in Probate Case No.23 of 2022 strictly in accordance with law and complete the same within a period of six months from the date of communication of the order, on its own merits.

Accordingly, the revisional application is disposed of. All the parties are directed to act on the basis of the server copy of this order.
