CAN 1 of 2014 (Old CAN 9539 of 2014):- This is an application for substitution of the petitioner no.1, namely, Pradyot Roy Chowdhury.

It is submitted that during pendency of this revisional application suddenly on 04.7.2014 the petitioner no.1, namely, Pradyot Roy Chowdhury died leaving behind his surviving applicants as his legal heirs.

Accordingly, CAN 1 of 2014 (Old CAN 9539 of 2014) is allowed.

Department is directed to amend the cause title accordingly.

CAN 4 of 2022:- Petitioners submit that after a long battle with the intervention of well-wishers, the dispute at last have been

amicably settled by and between the parties in terms of the compromise which has been made being CAN 4 of 2022. Now, the petitioners and the opposite party nos.8 and 9 and the opposite party no.1 who are the signatories of this compromise petition submit that they have no objection if the revisional application has been disposed of in terms of the compromise application.

However, the opposite party no.7 submits that he has no instruction about the compromise and he is also not a signatory of this compromise petition.

In view of the aforesaid facts and circumstances of this case, these revisional applications being CO 744 of 2012 and CO 2452 of 2011 are hereby disposed of in terms of the compromise which be made part of the order.

Accordingly, CAN 4 of 2022 is thus disposed of. (Ajoy Kumar Mukherjee, J.)
