The petitioners are aggrieved as its bank account has been debit freezed without any notice. 2.

The petitioners submit that the petitioners carry on a small poultry business. The petitioners are not aware as to how money from strangers was deposited in its account.

Prayer has been made to defreeze the bank account of the petitioners to permit it to run its business.

Learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Bank relies upon the transaction details of the account of the petitioners.

It has been submitted that after the fraudulent transaction was noticed in the bank account, several transactions, both debit and credit, took place from the bank account of the petitioners. 6.

It is the submission of the Bank that the bank account of the petitioners is involved in several fraudulent transactions. The account stood debit freezed on the request dated 18th April, 2025 made by

the Inspector of Police, Cyber Crime Police Station, Thoothukudi District-628101, Tamil Nadu State, India. 7.

As it appears that the petitioners' bank account is a suspect in connection with online trading fraud transaction, accordingly, the prayer of the petitioners seeking defreezing the account cannot be accepted by the Court.

It will be open for the petitioners to approach the learned Court where the criminal case is pending for obtaining necessary relief for defreezing the bank account.

The writ petition stands dismissed.

10. Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
