This is an application for expeditious hearing of a Miscellaneous Appeal No. 207 of 2018 pending before the learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court at Alipore. In view of the order sought and proposed to be passed, there is no necessity of issuing any notice upon the opposite party. However, the petitioner shall be obliged to forward a copy of this application as well as this order upon the opposite party or her learned advocate in the court below. The learned advocate for the petitioner submits that though the hearing of the miscellaneous appeal was fixed on August 24, 2021 but the same was not taken up for hearing on that date. He further submits that the next date of hearing has been fixed on November 10, 2021.

In view thereof, CO 1629 of 2021 is disposed of by requesting the learned Additional District Judge, 6th Court at Alipore, to take up the hearing of the miscellaneous appeal on that date and to dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible and preferably within a period of three months from

the next date fixed without granting any unnecessary adjournments to either of the parties.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on completion of usual formalities.
