No. 7035(W) of 1994. Since filing of the application none appeared for the petitioner to press the application.

I feel that the petitioner who is now aged more than 76 years is no longer interested to proceed with the application.

Accordingly, the contempt application is dismissed for non appearance of the petitioner. (Rabindranath Samanta, J.)
