The petitioner made application under the relevant provision of Right to Information Act, seeking certain information.

Such application is at page 89 of the writ petition dated 19th February, 2024.

On perusal of such application, it appears that certain information which has been sought for by the petitioner is not relevant.

When query is posed to the learned advocate representing the petitioner regarding relevancy of such information, learned advocate

has prayed for leave to withdraw the writ petition.

Accordingly, the writ petition stands dismissed as withdrawn.

However, this order shall not preclude the petitioner to take steps in accordance with law since the petitioner participated in SLST 2016 upper primary.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be given to the parties on usual undertaking.
