The petitioner applied for obtaining educational loan under P.M. Vidya Lakshmi Common Education Loan Scheme before the Indian Bank. A copy of the application filed by the petitioner in the portal is annexed at pages 27, 28 and 29 of the writ petition. Submission is that the same has not been considered till date.

None represents the Bank.

Affidavit-of-service filed in Court today is kept with the records.

In the absence of the Bank, it is not possible for the Court to decide the issue conclusively. 5.

The petitioner asserts that the application for loan was submitted online and a student ID and application ID number has been generated.

There is, however, no proof of receipt of the said application by the Bank.

In view of the above, the instant writ petition is disposed of by granting leave to the petitioner to file a copy of the application form annexed to the writ petition before the Branch Manager of the Indian Bank, Terapakhia Branch, respondent no. 6.

The Branch Manager shall take a decision on the loan application filed by the petitioner strictly in accordance with the Scheme within the time period as mentioned in the Scheme itself. The fate of the application shall be made known to the petitioner. 9.

Urgent certified photocopy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties expeditiously on compliance of usual legal formalities.
