WPA 15291 of 2024 (Bikash Swarnakar vs. State of West Bengal & Ors.) Mr. Somnath Ganguly Mr. Raja Ram Banerjee ... For the State Record of the writ petition reflects that the petitioner made a representation to the Superintendent of Police, Nadia Police District on or about 22nd April, 2024.

The main issue involved in the said representation is so far as the motor cycle which was involved in the accident and is the subject matter of Karimpur P.S. Case no. 23/2024 was not recovered by the investigating officer of the case. The petitioner further expresses his dissatisfaction regarding the progress of the investigation.

Learned advocate for the State submits a report. The report reflects that the investigating officer on conclusion of the investigation submitted charge sheet before the jurisdictional Court being Karimpur P.S. Charge Sheet No. 164/24.

Having considered the steps taken by the police authorities, I direct in case there is any grievance of the petitioner, the petitioner shall approach before the jurisdictional Court in seisin of the Karimpur P.S. Case no. 23/2024.

With the aforesaid directions, the writ petition being W.P.A. 15291 of 2024 is disposed of.

Report submitted by the State is taken on record. All parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
