Learned advocate appearing for the petitioner is directed to serve a copy of this revisional application upon Mr. Anwar Hossain, learned advocate, who ordinarily appears for the State. His appointment may be regularised by the concerned authorities.

The petitioner is aggrieved in respect of the seven documents referred to in the seizure list. According to the petitioner, only the seizure list has been handed over, but the seven items which are over there, they are also document which has its intrinsic contents so far as the substance of accusations is concerned from which either the charge may be framed or the charge may not be framed.

This Court is not in a position to assess whether those seven items which have been referred to are voluminous or not. In case, the seven items referred to in the seizure list are voluminous, learned court will allow the learned advocate for the petitioner for inspection of the documents referred to in the seizure list prior to the charge being considered by the learned Magistrate, in the alternative, if the same is not voluminous, the learned court would direct for supply of

copies of the same to the petitioner prior to consideration of the charge.

With the aforesaid observations, the revisional application being CRR 2169 of 2023 is disposed of. Pending connected application, if any, is consequently disposed of.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
