1. With the consent finally heard.

2. During the course of hearing, learned counsel for the parties reached to a consensus.

3. It is agreed that petitioner's representation dated 4th April, 2025 (annexure P-2) is pending consideration before the respondent no.6 which may be directed to be decided by the said authority in accordance with law within stipulated time.

4. In view of consensus arrived at, this petition is disposed of with following directions:

(a) The petitioner shall re-submit the said representation dated 4th April, 2025 (annexure P2) along with copy of this order before the respondent no.6.

(b) In turn, the respondent no.6 shall consider the said representation by putting the concerned

Prodhan on notice and after taking his response also on record.

(c) The respondent no.6 shall take a decision in accordance with law by passing a reasoned order within 30 days from the date of communication of this order.

5. This PIL is disposed of without expressing any opinion on the merits of the case.

6. The report filed by the Government counsel is taken on record.
