It is submitted by the learned advocate for the petitioner that the grievance of the petitioner has been met. The petitioner has been granted appointment on compassionate ground upon satisfactory completion of the probation. The petitioner was also confirmed by the order of the Executive Officer, Harirampur Panchayat Samiti. A copy of the order of confirmation is taken on order Under such circumstances, the writ petition is disposed of without any further orders.

However, there will be no order as to costs.
