The petitioner submits that during the pendency of the writ petition a demolition order has been received, which was issued by the Howrah Municipal Corporation. The petitioner wants to challenge the said order. Mr. Mukherjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the respondent nos.5 to 8 is supporting the case of the petitioner and they jointly want to file a writ petition challenging the order of demolition.

Thus, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous granting liberty to the petitioner as also the respondent nos.5 to 8 to file a writ petition challenging the order issued by the Howrah Municipal Corporation.

The report filed by Mr. Banerjee, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the Howrah Municipal Corporation is taken on record.
