Petitioner informed the police authorities being the M/L. No.149 Rakib Officer-in-Charge, Cyber Crime Police Station, Howrah Rural District on or about 15.05.2024 and it has been informed that till date no action has been taken. In view of the passage of time which has passed, I direct the petitioner to submit a fresh representation to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, In-Charge of Cyber Crime Police Station, Howrah Rural District who would assess and ascertain regarding the accusations and after conducting enquiry inform the petitioner of such enquiry within 15 days from such enquiry being concluded. As none appears on behalf of the State Mr.
Jayanta Samanta, learned advocate who ordinarily appears for the State is directed to appear with a junior with his choice. Their appointments may be regularized by the concerned authorities.
With the aforesaid observations WPA 15169 of 2024 is disposed of.
Petitioner is granted liberty to communicate the order to the Deputy Commissioner of Police, In-Charge of Cyber Crime Police Station, Howrah Rural District. All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.
Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
