1. The applicants/petitioners were granted bail by an order dated July 3, 2023, passed in CRM (DB) 2381 of 2023, inter alia, on the condition that they "shall report to the Investigating Officer, CID once a week until further orders." They say that they have been complying with all the conditions of bail. They now seek waiver of the aforesaid condition of bail.

2. Learned State Counsel files a report in Court today. Let the same be kept with the records. The report is to the effect that for the first four months after bail was granted, the petitioners/applicants failed to comply with the conditions of bail. After that, till date the applicants/petitioners are complying with the conditions of bail.

3. In that view of the matter and seeing that trial is in progress and three out of 14 charge-sheet named witnesses have already been examined, we modify the aforesaid condition of bail to the extent that it will be sufficient for the applicants/petitioners to report to the Investigating Officer, CID, once every month instead of once in a week, until further orders.

4. The other conditions of bail shall remain unaltered.

5. The application being IA No: CRAN/2/2024 is accordingly disposed of.
