The petitioner alleges that there has been dacoity in respect of his property, yet, the police authorities have restrained themselves from acting.

The petitioner submits that he has filed a suit being TS 951of 2025.

Mr. De, learned advocate, appears for the State and submits a report which reflects that Company Petition 450 of 2011 and Company Petition 371 of 2011

was pending before this Hon'ble High Court wherein by a Judgment it has been established that the respondent no.4 was legally entitled to enter at the above noted premises.

Having considered that the aforesaid information has been suppressed in the present writ petition, I am of the opinion that the police authorities cannot be held responsible in any manner since they have in their knowledge the order passed by the Hon'ble High Court, Calcutta.

Having considered the same, I am of the view that the writ petition is not maintainable.

With the aforesaid observations, WPA 13947 of 2025 is dismissed.

Pending application(s), if any, is also disposed of.
