Learned advocate for the State submits that commercial quantity of phensedyl (60 bottles) was seized from the possession of the petitioner. After framing the charge, trial is ongoing. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and bearing in mind the fact that phensedyl above commercial quantity was recovered from the possession of the petitioner, we are not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
