From the record it reveals that there is delay of 67 days in filing the application for dismissal of the instant writ petition.

Based on the averments made in the aforesaid CAN application and the delay in filing the aforesaid application is condoned.

The application being CAN 2 of 2024 is allowed.

In Re: CAN 1 of 2024

The CAN application being CAN 1 of 2024 filed on behalf of the petitioners did not mention sufficient reason to substantiate the non-appearance of the parties resulting in the dismissal of the instant writ petition. The same is accordingly not considered. Accordingly, the application being CAN 1 of 2024 is dismissed.

Liberty is given to the learned advocate representing the petitioners to file fresh application. (Ananya Bandyopadhyay, J.)
