Mr. Indranil Halder ...for the petitioner Mr. Soumyajit Chakraborty ...for WBSEDCL The petitioner seeks electricity connection for his submersible pump set. The petitioner alleges that despite due compliance with all formalities, West Bengal State Electricity Distribution Company Limited (WBSEDCL) has not effected the connection.

Learned advocate appearing for WBSEDCL submits that the connection shall be effected by the end of August of this year.

Nothing remains to be decided in this matter. Accordingly, WPA 13952 of 2025 is disposed of.
