Petitioners have approached this Court as they apprehend that the private respondents would continue the disturbance and interference with the property referred to in the writ petition which is a warehouse. Petitioners further apprehend that the private respondents may affix padlock.

Learned advocate appearing for the private respondents are present and disputes such contention. State has submitted a report which reflects that in respect of incidents complained of, proceedings have been drawn under Section 126 of BNSS.

So far as the issue relating to right, title, interest and possession is concerned, this Court will not interfere with the same and it would be the discretion of the parties to approach the appropriate forum. So far as the

issue relating to maintaining peace and tranquility is concerned, police authorities have already drawn up a proceeding under Section 126 of the BNSS, they would continue their surveillance and ensure that no untoward incident results because of the strained relationship existing between the parties.

With the aforesaid observations WPA 14224 of 2025 is disposed of.

Report so submitted by the State be kept with the record.

Copy of the report be handed over to both the parties.

All concerned parties shall act on the server copy of this order duly downloaded from the official website of this Court.

Urgent photostat certified copy of this order, if applied for, be supplied to the parties upon compliance with all requisite formalities.
