Petitioners seek anticipatory bail.

Learned Advocate appearing for the petitioners submits that the petitioner nos.1 and 2 are not pressing the application. So far as the petitioner no.3 is concerned, he was falsely implicated. The petitioner no.3 is a MR dealer. The petitioner no.3 acted on the instructions of the Block Development Officer. In any event, the petitioner no.3 returned all materials to the State.

Learned Advocate appearing for the State submits that all the petitioners are involved in the crime. The petitioner nos.1 and 2 are the employees of the State who forged the signature of the Block Development Officer in collusion and conspiracy with the petitioner no.3. He opposes the grant of anticipatory bail. Considering the materials available in the case diary and considering the nature of allegations against the petitioner no.3 and his complicity, we are unable to grant anticipatory bail to the

petitioner no.3.

The petition is treated as not pressed on behalf of the petitioner nos.1 and 2.
