Petitioner By filing the present application the petitioners herein sought for quasing of P.Case No. 10/2017 filed under Section 145 of the Code of Criminal Procedure and the same is pending before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Ghatal, Paschim Medinipur. An order passed therein on 05.04.2017 heard along with P. Case No. 330 of 2016.

This case pertains to the year 2017. The instant case is pending since 2017. No one appear on behalf of the petitioners. No accommodation was sought for. Even on earlier occasion no one appeared on behalf of either of the parties. Inspite of several opportunities given to the petitioners, no one represented the petitioners. It seems that the petitioners are no more interested to proceed with the case.

Accordingly, CRR 1833 of 2017 is thus dismissed for default. Interim order, if any be vacated.

Let this order be communicated to the learned court below for information and taking necessary action in accordance with law.
