Petitioner Mr. Dipayan Kundu .....for the Petitioner The petitioner seeks expeditious hearing of proceeding being N-24 of 2020 under Section 21 (C) of the Narcotic Drugs & Psychotropic Substances Act, 1985 pending before the Court of learned Additional District and Sessions Judge, 1st Court at Barrackpore, North 24 Parganas.

It has been submitted by the learned Advocate for the petitioner that the charge-sheet has been filed on August 20, 2020 and thereafter, a supplementary charge-sheet has also been filed on October 8, 2021.

The petitioner has obtained a certified copy of the chargesheet and the supplementary charge-sheet but the other documents relied upon by the prosecution have not been served upon him.

This revisional application is disposed of with a direction upon the learned Sessions Judge in the court below to ensure that other documents relied upon by the prosecution have been served upon the petitioner within a period of one month from date.

Accordingly, CRR 1846 of 2021 is disposed of.
