Bhagat Mr. Saurish Roy......for the o.p Based on the settlement agreement executed between the parties on 12th July, 2023 an application for effectuating compromise seeking appropriate orders vide CRAN 2/2023 has been filed duly affirmed by both the parties. The complaint case no. C-12875 of 2011 was instituted by the complainant opposite party against which the instant revisional application was filed for quashing of the same. During the pendency of the revisional application an amicable settlement of the dispute between the parties based on the averments made in paragraphs 6,7,8 and 9 of CRAN 2/2023 have been achieved.

The charges under Sections 406, 420 120B of the IPC between the parties do not involve public policy. Under the provisions of Section 320 of the Cr.P.C. the instant revisional application can be compounded. The proceedings being case

No. C-12875/2011 pending before the court of learned Metropolitan Magistrate, Calcutta is quashed. The instant revisional application along with the connected application being CRAN 2/2023 and CRAN 1/2012 (Old CRAN 201/2012) are, accordingly, disposed of.
