Allegedly, the private respondent being the joint owner of the concerned premises along with the petitioner, has been using the same for commercial purposes, though domestic connection of electricity has been provided thereto by the respondent no.4.

Therefore, the petitioner has submitted a representation dated 22.01.2024 before the respondent no.4 which is yet to be considered.

In view of the facts and circumstances of the case as above, this Court is inclined to direct the respondent no.4 to consider and dispose of the representation of the petitioner dated 22.01.2024, preferably within a period of three weeks time from the date of communication of this order, after affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner and the private respondent, in this regard.

The writ petition is disposed of.

There shall be no order as to costs.
