The order impugned being an order under Order XXXIX Rule 4 of the Code of Civil Procedure is appealable under Order XLIII Rule 1(r) thereof, the revisional application therefore is not maintainable, CO 2012 of 2024 is dismissed without any order as to costs. Liberty however is granted to the learned advocate for the petitioners to take back the certified copy of the order impugned upon furnishing a photocopy thereof. This order shall not prevent the petitioners from assailing the said order before an appropriate forum in accordance with law.
