Mr. Mondal, learned advocate appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that inadvertently the revisional application has been preferred and an appeal should have been preferred in respect of the subject matter of challenge. Petitioner is granted a liberty to invoke the statutory provisions under the Code of Criminal Procedure. . Leave is granted to the learned Advocate-on-Record for the petitioner to take back the certified copy of the impugned order from the Department upon furnishing a Photostat copy thereof.

Accordingly, the present revisional application being CRR 2053 of 2018 is dismissed as withdrawn.
